WHAT IS YOUR RETURNS POLICY?
Currently, I do not offer returns on any physical or digital items sold within the online store.

DAMAGES AND ISSUES
If the item you receive is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, please contact me immediately so that the issue can be evaluated and corrected.
EXCEPTIONS/NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS
Custom products (such as special orders or personalized items) may not be returned. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
Unfortunately, I cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
EXCHANGES
Exchanges are currently unavailable at this time. Please insure you are selecting the correct item before purchasing.
REFUNDS
I currently do not offer refunds on any physical or digital items that you receive. If your item defective or damaged, please contact me at caseofcreations@hotmail.com so we can resolve the issue.
If you would like to cancel your order, please contact me within 2-3 days of purchasing the product, or before the item is shipped out, to process a refund.
*Items that have already been shipped cannot be refunded.
